We don't sell or share your personal information

PetFena doesn't sell your personal information or share it for advertising based on your activity on other sites and apps, and hasn't in the past 12 months. We use no advertising pixels or advertising cookies. The companies that help us run PetFena (payments, email, hosting, AI and others) only process data for us. So there's nothing to opt out of: you're already opted out.

Global Privacy Control

We honor your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request not to sell or share your information. While it's on, PetFena uses only essential storage, even if you agreed to cookies.

See, correct or delete your data

• Get a copy: use “Download my data” in Settings. You get one file with your information.
• Correct: edit your details on your Profile. For anything you can't change there (such as your date of birth), email privacy@petfena.com.
• Delete: use “Delete my account” in Settings. We keep only what the law or safety requires, as section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains.
• No account, can't sign in, or asking for someone else? Email privacy@petfena.com. We'll verify the request and answer within 45 days.

We'll never charge you more or give you worse service for using these rights.
